Shipping Locations    
We currently deliver to locations across India. At this time, our shipping services are limited to domestic addresses only. International shipping is not available.    

Order Processing and Dispatch    
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as processing is underway.    

Estimated Delivery Timeline    
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the performance of the local courier service. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high-demand periods.    

Failed Delivery Attempts  

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse.  
  • To arrange for re-shipment, please get in touch with our customer support team.  


Lost or Damaged Packages  

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • Be sure to provide clear photographs of the damaged item to help us verify and process your claim.  
  • For lost shipments, we will work closely with our delivery partners to investigate the issue.  
  • Based on the outcome, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
